 CHILDREN

We recognise the importance of a child having meaningful, life-long relationships and connections with their families. We strive to facilitate and support supervised contacts that enable children to experience an enjoyable, positive and meaningful time, in a safe and comforting environment. We view every child as unique and strive to tailor our services to meet their individual characteristics and requirements. We do not use a 'contact centre' but instead utilise venues such as parks, play centres and libraries within the community.  We strongly believe these natural settings, allow children to feel comfortable and be more at ease. We are highly experienced at delivering safe and secure supervised contacts in a variety of community settings, to a diverse range of children and families

Embarking on the journey of supervised contact can feel daunting and overwhelming. As such a SuCo Coordinator, will guide you from your initial enquiries and remain with you throughout your time with us. Your Coordinator will work between parties, to advise on the steps and requirements and gather details about the children, the circumstances leading to supervised contact and all other relevant information.  Our Coordinators take a child-centred approach and decisions that are made, focus on a child's best interests and wellbeing. Their child-centred focus means that throughout, your Coordinator remains impartial and unbiased.

We understand the crucial role of a concise and impartial report, delivered in a timely manner. As well as documenting the practical aspects of a contact, our reports also focus on the attachment styles, interactions and responses between the child and their family. Our reports also comment on how a child's developmental and emotional needs are being met during the contact period
